Tools We Connect To.

Your AI system should work with the software you already pay for, not replace it. Here are 58 tools across 12 categories that publish a documented way to connect, and how we connect to each one.

Can AI work with the software my business already uses?

Usually, yes. Most business software publishes a way for other systems to connect: an API to read and write records, webhooks that announce events as they happen, or an app on an automation platform like Zapier, Make, or n8n. Syncra Labs builds AI systems on those connections, so your CRM, calendar, phone system, field service software, and accounting keep working the way they do today, with AI answering calls, following up on leads, and moving data between them.

Each tool shows the documented connection method we build on. Some vendors limit access by plan or require admin approval; we confirm your account before quoting.

How We Choose the Connection.

In order of preference. The most direct path that your account supports wins.

  1. 1

    Official API

The most direct and reliable path. Records are read and written exactly where your team works.

  2. 2

    Webhooks

The tool tells our system the moment something happens, like a new lead or a finished job.

  3. 3

    Automation platform

Zapier, Make, or n8n, when a tool's app there covers what is needed or its API is gated.

  4. 4

    Structured handoff

When there is no connection at all, the AI sends your team a clean summary to enter in seconds.

Access stays in your hands

Wherever a tool supports it, access is granted through the vendor's own approval screen or an API key your admin creates and can revoke. We do not ask for login passwords, and we follow each vendor's rules for third-party access.

No. These are common tools with documented ways to connect. If your software has an API, webhooks, or a Zapier or Make app, we can usually connect to it. If it has none of those, we can often still work with it through email, exports, or a structured handoff to your team.
It means the tool publishes a way for outside systems to connect, which is what we build on. We confirm the details for your account, plan, and permissions before quoting, because some vendors limit API access by plan or require admin approval.

No. The point is to make the tools you already pay for work together, with AI handling the calls, follow-up, and data entry between them.
It depends on how many tools are involved, what the system needs to do, and your volume. After a free discovery call you get one fixed price for a defined scope. See how pricing works.
