- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
- Deliver and improve the services described in our engagement agreement
- Communicate project updates, invoices, and relevant information
- Understand how our website is being used so we can improve it
- Comply with legal obligations when required
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. If we ever send you anything beyond direct project communication, we'll ask your permission first.
Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Period.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Website and contact form: This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request data (including IP address) to serve pages and protect against abuse. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend. Both act as our service providers and are bound by their own privacy terms.
- Service delivery: If your project requires third-party platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, OpenAI, Twilio, or similar), we may pass necessary data to those services as part of building your system. These platforms have their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order.
- Business transfer: In the unlikely event that Syncra Labs is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified beforehand.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. We run no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking, and we do not use a third-party analytics service that profiles individual visitors.
- Our host keeps standard server request logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for operational and security purposes
- Should we add privacy-focused analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so
- You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and project-related communications for as long as is reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes — typically no longer than 3 years after an engagement ends.
You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
